At Nuvio Home, we want you to love your space; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place your items back into their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
